Through the deconstruction of maps these 10 artists from Hawai’I examine their own
relationship to place and interrogate the concept of mapping. The process was begun through a collaborative “Exquisite Corpse”. Subjects investigated include; memory, globalization, anthropology, shifting weather patterns, nationalism, colonialism, racism, and Hawaiian cultural heritage and history.
